世界太極拳聯盟ITCF
歷史沿革：
「世界太極拳聯盟」英文名稱是International Tai Chi Federation (簡稱世盟ITCF)，成立於2010年，會址設於中華民國台灣。以“太極文化與健康人生”為核心，建立一個能廣納相關團體共同分享、互利共生的運作平台。由陳讚熙先生擔任首屆理事長，陳羅克（德國）、吳嘯、郭龍津、齊藤美花（日本）為副理事長。2014年由張榮達先生繼任第二屆理事長，陳羅克（德國）、林彩鳳、齊藤美花（日本）為副理事長。
世盟ITCF為與世界各地區愛好太極拳同好擴大交流，曾於2010年、2012年舉辦兩屆台北國際太極拳錦標賽。獲得美國、日本、德國、澳洲、葡萄牙、西班牙、南非等國外團體，連同數十個地主團隊熱烈参與，並于台灣新北市新店新圓鑫飯店舉行「世界太極拳聯盟國際會議暨論文研討會」，決定2012年國際太極拳邀請賽仍在台灣舉辦，並加強對全球各太極拳相關團體提供服務與聯繫，論文研討會並由日本高藤曉子主講。
張榮達老師繼任第二屆理事長後，四年任內先後於2014、2016年舉辦第三、四屆「世界盃國際太極拳錦標賽」，並舉辦多次國際教練及國際裁判研習會，培養相關人才；同時擴大與國內外太極拳團體交流，張理事長更積極造訪全國太極拳各門名家，意求和諧團結，互相支持合作，以匯成一股力量，共同為推廣太極拳而努力，先後出訪歐美、大陸、香港、馬來西亞及南美烏拉圭等地，破除門戶藩籬，提升傳統太極拳之拳藝技能，增進友會情誼及國際交流與觀摩，將太極拳藝傳播世界各地。
轉瞬四年任滿，106年12月17日第三屆第一次會員大會，張榮達老師在眾望所歸下，高票連任第三屆理事長，張理事長的再次帶領本聯盟走向全世界並與太極拳同道共同努力下，定能把太極拳普及于全世界，為本聯盟再創新績。
我們的目標是：
- 以“太極文化與健康人生”為核心，建立一個能廣納相關團體共同分享、互利共生的運作平台。
- 於中華民國創設太極武藝學院。
目前成果：
1. 本聯盟之德國分支部為德國萊茵、烏伯太極拳聯盟。
2. 本聯盟之日本分支部為日本_太極拳美花中華武術同好會。
3. 本聯盟之日本分第二支部為日本_瀧花太極拳研究会
4. 本聯盟之烏拉圭分支部為烏拉圭_Instituto Loto太極拳推廣協會
5. 本聯盟之馬來西亞分支部為馬來西亞_長春道觀太極道院
6. 本聯盟之阿根廷分支部為阿根廷_華興太極拳協會
7. 本聯盟之巴西分支部為巴西太極拳協會
8. 本聯盟準備與西班牙團體Wudang Spain-EZSF, Spain，進行簽署分支部備忘錄草案！
9. 已培訓多位國際教練及裁判分別於國內外！
未來計畫的工作是：
一、辦理太極拳教練的持續研修，提升基礎知識和技藝水準。
二、辦理〝國際太極拳錦標賽”，增進會友們的太極拳技藝及國際交流與觀摩。
三、擴大與國內外太極拳和其他相關團體的交流，增進友會情誼。以傳統太極武藝、文化與健康人生為內涵；多元化的精進會員的修心、養生，達到樂活人生。
四、破除門戶樊籬，提升傳統太極拳拳藝技能。
五、參與國際交流合作機會，促進民間傳統體育與文化交流，增進國際友誼與連 繫。
六、與國際太極團體及學校進行策略聯盟，不定期舉辦國內外進修事宜並以〝多角化〞經營方式擴展其國際市場！
International Tai Chi Federation (ITCF)
Historical Background:
“International Tai Chi Federation, ITCF”, founded in 2010, is based in Taiwan. Mr.Jacy Chen served as the first President, and Mr. Larry Chang serves as the second President from 2014.
In order to expand the exchanges for all Tai Chi Chuan lovers, we, ITCF, have hosted 2 times of International Tai Chi Chuan tournament at Taipei in 2010 and 2012. The participants include teams and individuals from the United States, Japan, Germany, Australia, Portugal, Spain, Argentina and South Africa, together with dozens of local teams and other individuals. In the mean time, we also held the “ITCF’s international conference” and the “Seminar for international referee”. All of these had obtained fruitful results and friendships.
Our Goal:
To establish an operating platform that can accept related groups to share knowledge and to get symbiotic benefits with the core of “Tai Chi culture and healthy life”
Our work plan:
1. To conduct series continuous training program to enhance the
knowledge and technique skills for Tai Chi Chuan Coach.
2. To host the international Tai Chi Chuan tournament to encourage Tai Chi Chuan players to elevate their skills and to provide opportunities for international exchange.
3. To expand the exchanges of Tai Chi Chuan and other relevant local and international groups to promote friendship with others. By traditional Tai Chi martial arts, culture and healthy life as the core to let our members to have a diversified selects to improve their mind, health, to live with a Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability.
4. To break through the barrier of different faction，by exchanging and learning from each other.
5. To participate the international activities, to build up friendships among different countries and communities
